How much does car park line marking cost in Adelaide?
Re-marking an existing layout is priced per bay; new set-outs are quoted as a fixed project price. Cost depends on bay count, surface condition, layout complexity and access. Send plans or photos for a fixed-price quote, most returned within 24–48 hours, no call-out fee.
How long does line marking last?
Standard line marking lasts 6–18 months in high-traffic zones and longer in sheltered areas. Entries, ramps and turning zones fade first; sheltered basements last longest. We spec premium, long-life road-grade paint rated for Adelaide’s summer heat, and tell you honestly which zones need refreshing first.
Is your car park compliant?
Off-street car parks must meet AS/NZS 2890.1, with accessible bays to AS/NZS 2890.6 and AS 1428 (DDA): bay dimensions, shared zones, bollards, symbols and luminance contrast. Council inspections and DDA complaints test against these standards. Every Blacktop quote includes a free compliance check. If your layout wouldn’t pass, we tell you before we paint.
Marked without closing your site
Most Adelaide car parks are marked overnight or on weekends in staged sections. Paint is touch-dry under an hour, so sections reopen fast. Shopping centres keep trading; offices never notice we were there.
